This can depend on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The size of your company.<\/li>\n<li>Where your company is in its life cycle (for example, starting up, growing, maturing, declining).<\/li>\n<li>Whether you are making strategic decisions about the company&#8217;s entire product portfolio, a particular product line, or just one product.<\/li>\n<li>How much marketing strategy formulation you have done in the past.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use a structured process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do some front-end preparation to save you time and money.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a clear, structured, well-thought-out process to keep the focus, ensure the consistent use of information, and streamline decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It also important to remember that your marketing strategy formulation is not the beginning of the process, it&#8217;s the end. That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s why it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s important to do your research:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft an outline of your plan.<\/li>\n<li>Collect comprehensive, accurate, and current information about your market, customers, competitors, and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, avoid common marketing mistakes by doing following and don&#8217;t forget to check the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seek.com.au\/companies\/king-kong-1013806\/reviews\">kingkong com au review<\/a> to get much more help.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collecting ample marketing information before you begin formulating a strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Not involving too many people in the process of formulating a strategy.
